Compact SF₆ gas-insulated switchgear assemblies integrating circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, and instrument transformers in sealed, maintenance-free enclosures. Built on the production line that delivered China’s first 110 kV GIS in 1971 (Danjiangkou Hydropower Station), the first 252 kV single-break GIS in 1980, the first 800 kV outdoor AC disconnector in 2005, and the first ±800 kV DC complete-switch device in 2016. Assembled in a world-class Class-100,000 clean room (20±2°C / 50±5% RH year-round) with 1,000 kV no-PD type-test hall. Hybrid GIS (HGIS) option combines compactness with modular field-replaceable bays.

Type-tested to IEC 62271-200 internal-arc class IAC AFLR 50 kA 1 s and IEEE C37.20.7. Withdrawable vacuum circuit breakers, integrated IEC 61850 / DNP3 / Modbus protection relays, N+1 and 2N bus topologies, and short ~8-week delivery windows make these panels a standing solution for data center medium-voltage distribution and utility customer substations.
