Large-capacity oil-immersed power transformers built on the same production lines that deliver to US, Australian, and European utilities — ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 certified plants, short-circuit-tested to IEC 60076 and IEEE C57.12.00. Benchmark units include 150 MVA / 345 kV uniform-insulation OLTC (525 kV AC withstand, 1,300 kV BIL) and 360 MVA / 330 kV high-efficiency autotransformers for renewable integration. Available in mineral oil and K-class natural ester (FR3) fluid with carbon emissions 1/64 of mineral oil and 98% biodegradability. Typical delivery 16–20 weeks — compared with 60+ weeks on the open market.

Tamper-resistant, ground-level transformers for underground distribution, data center campus power, commercial and mixed-use developments, and utility-scale solar collector circuits. Built to IEEE C57.12.28 (painting and coating) and UL 1561 with single-phase ratings to 250 kVA and three-phase ratings to 10 MVA at 34.5–66 kV. Loop-feed (LBOR-VFI compatible) and radial-feed arrangements; dead-front and live-front bushings; mineral oil or FR3 ester fluid. The fastest-to-site transformer class — typical delivery ~8 weeks.

Cast-resin and VPI dry-type transformers for indoor, offshore, and fire-sensitive installations. Built on the production line that produced China’s first 110 kV three-phase epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformer, with CE, UL, ASTA (E3/C3/F1 climate-environment-fire class), DEKRA, and salt-spray / anti-seismic certifications. Ratings run from 15 kVA distribution units up to 25 MVA / 110 kV power-class dry transformers — with dedicated variants for offshore wind nacelles, hydrogen electrolysis rectifier duty (12-pulse, 7.5 MVA), and data center white space.

Generator step-up transformers matched to gas turbines, steam turbines, reciprocating engines, and inverter-based renewables. Representative builds include a 360 MVA / 330 kV Tier-II-efficient OLTC autotransformer and 5 MW / 35 kV PV step-up blocks that integrate PCS, transformer, MV ring-main unit, and LV distribution in a single skid. Engineered for fast-start duty cycles, unbalanced harmonic load from IGBT inverters, and the demanding thermal profiles of peaker and combined-cycle plants. Typical delivery 16–20 weeks.

A complete substation on wheels, in a container, or in a factory-assembled E-House. Power transformer, HV switching (GIS or AIS), MV distribution, protection, control, and SCADA factory-integrated and tested to IEC 62271-202 / IEEE C37.121. Because every unit is engineered to North American utility specifications — including layout review, IEEE/UL approvals, and factory acceptance testing — typical build time is ~20 weeks from PO to ship. The payoff comes on site: with everything pre-integrated and factory-tested, on-truck units energize within hours of arrival, and containerized / E-House platforms commission in days rather than the weeks-to-months a stick-built substation would require. Use as an interim GSU for mobile generator arrays, as a bridge substation during utility outage or transformer rebuild, or as a permanent relocatable substation.
Ten containerized gas gensets generate at 10.5 kV. An 80 MVA / 138 kV mobile step-up substation connects them to the utility tie — built in ~20 weeks, energized within hours of arriving on site, then redeployed when the permanent GSU arrives.
Drive to a flooded or fire-damaged utility substation. Bypass the damaged bus with a trailer-mounted substation; restore load within 24 hours while FEMA, crews, and long-lead replacement equipment mobilize.
Replace aging 25- to 40-year-old transformers and GIS without taking the substation off-line. Mobile unit supplies N\u22121 capacity during each phase of the rebuild.
Mining, oil & gas, construction camps, and renewable-energy commissioning. Containerized or trailer-mounted substations step up generator voltage to utility tie-in — and leave when the project finishes.

Power-electronic solid state transformers that convert 10 kV AC directly to 240 / 336 / 750 / 800 / 1000 VDC, eliminating two conversion stages in AI data center distribution — including NVIDIA’s 800V HVDC Native standard. Factory-prefabricated cabinets at 840 / 1,680 / 2,520 / 3,360 kVA with busbar interconnect, N+3 internal redundancy, input power factor ≥ 0.99, input current THD ≤ 3%, and system efficiency ≥ 98% (AC–DC) / ≥ 97% (AC–AC). Single cabinet up to 960 kW — 60% smaller footprint than conventional MV–LV–rectifier chains.
IEEE C57 (US), IEC 60076 (international), AS 60076 (Australia), GOST (CIS), and EN / CE (EU). Plant-level ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 50001 / 28000, third-party ESG green factory audit, CNAS-accredited labs, and STRI-compared 10 kV test systems. UL listings on pad-mounted and dry-type lines; short-circuit withstand type-test reports issued with every power-class order; full FAT documentation on every mobile substation.
